    To open a bank account for small and medium businesses, you’ll need an existing German Apex Unity account with any plan except for Apex Unity Flex. You also need to reside in Germany and be the sole owner and managing director of a company registered as a Sole proprietorship, UG, GmbH, or AG, with no more than 9 employees and a maximum annual turnover of €2 million.
